Well, I would like to apologize AGAIN for not writing so often on the blog. I just feel that nobody is reading it, so it would be useless to write things and actually put some effort in that and then bam! nobody reads them. I only dropped by to tell you that I have found a fresh and newly started blog, which seems to be very very interesting. I don’t know who writes the posts, but I only the activity of his or her blog will be based on bashing the bitchy elites of Stardoll. Or maybe even more? I don’t know, but I hope I’ll find out soon. Thoughts.

First of all, I would like to apologize about the lack of posts that has recently hit the blog. I was, like any other normal people, spending time with family and friends and preparing my homework for school (I will start again the day after tomorrow, Monday to be more exactly). Anyway, I am seriously thinking of hiring some new writer(s) or dropping this blog, because it seems like nobody is really reading it or commenting it. I put a lot of work on it, especially when I started it. And I see that a lot of people have blogs nowadays and they write something everyday just to say that they wrote, even it’s a complete crap and you can find that subject on another 38547564576586 blogs.

Anyways, that’s kinda all that I wanted to say. If you really feel like you should say or do something, comment here. I really need your opinion these times.

The dresses are here!

The very long awaited couture dresses, that every single Stardoll related blog has a whole post dedicated to their awesomeness, are finally here, in Starplaza, longing to be worn by our little virtual bodies. I can say the prices are quite good this time, and even I am quite broke right now I will still find the strenght to let go of some of my money and to be rewarded with one of these unique dresses. As you can see, I’m not the only one who is thinking at how to wear these beauties, because Stardoll has also made a wearing brochure, where they put three wearing suggestions for each dress. To be honest, I only like how they styled the Bisou black dress, but those are just suggestions. Anyway, I decided to make my own brochure too, mostly because of the boredom, but also because each dress is amazing and unique and can be beautifully worn in so many ways! And it is Christmas too and the end of 2008 is approaching. So consider this my gift for you. Merry Christmas, by the way. :]

1. ALEXANDER WANG MINIDRESS [BISOU]

I like this dress very much, because it is quite casual and elegant at the same time. It is a very versatile piece, so I paired it with a black leather skirt and a belt to give it a more masculine look. I love all black outfits and this is quite obvious, because this outfit and the next one will be like that. I think it is the supreme state of elegance, like master Alber Elbaz used to say. But I also put some grey in the outfit, as you may have already noticed, by adding the DKNY platforms. The haute couture Louis Vuitton hat completes the outfit perfectly.

2. CHRISTIAN LACROIX DRESS [FALLEN ANGEL]

I paired this dress with another favorite of mine, the lace Balmain dress, and with a ruffle skirt and the result is quite good, isn’t it? I also put some glamour in this outfit, by adding the glittery tights and the sequined Philosophy vest. The Rodarte pumps are brilliant and they fit the dress very well.

3. THE MARC JACOBS DRESS [FUDGE]

This is the best proof that i absolutely LOVE childish dresses, in vibrant colors. Marc Jacobs isn’t really my favorite designer, but he did a great job this time. I paired this dress with some black leggings and Philosophy boots and I added that fashionable masculine touch with the black elegant hat.

4. THE STELLA MCCARTNEY DRESS [STARDOLL]

Another black outfit. This time, I fel like the dress needed a rebelious touch, so I did that by adding the ripped tights. I also layered a black skirt and the button pianfore with the dress and I personally like the result. I paired everything with simple black pumps, the total opposite as style of the tights. The result? A nice outfit, which mixes elements from lots of styles.

6. THE CHANEL COUTURE DRESS [TINGELING]

And now the last dress and my personal favorite. This Chanel Haute Couture dress is absolutely and simply perfect, so it doesn’t really need any more accesories to make it look better. I just paired it with some tights in almost the same color, some glittery gold shoes and a brooch, also Chanel. I love this outfit and I would kill to have this dress in real life. Well, maybe later.

When boredom strikes

Today I was extremely bored, so I started and made some crazy outfits like this one above. It is all red, because I initially wanted to use that gorgeous red flower dress that was released yesterday, so I layered out a bit and it turned out pretty well. It’s a bit Moulin Rouge-ish and the hat and the platforms are totally awesome. Who could match red better than… red? Also, be sure you buy the pretty Marc Jacobs clutch that is settled as the Calendar item for today. Don’t miss it!

Hey again, ladies and gents! Today, I was doing my daily Stardoll routine, to be more exactly checking my mail and collecting my calender item for this day, when I decided to go to Starplaza, with the tiny hope that Stardoll designers finally put some effort in their jobs and gave us some wonderful clothes to wear. Then I saw that there were indeed new releases for today, impersonated in some old dresses (at least some of them), which are all red [maybe because it's a Christmas related color?]. I don’t understand why Stardoll released them again, but this situation is similar to a previous one, when some old green clothes, that time, were re-released. Dunno what to say. Oh, and the very rare red Posh dress is among these dresses and it only cost 8$. It’s a bargain for those who spent giftcodes and possibly hundreds of stardollars to get it.

On the other hand, the Elizabeth and James collection should have been out of shops yesterday and indeed, the shop has disappeared. But in the search panel in Starplaza you can still find the clothes and buy them. So if you didn’t buy anything so far, hurry up, because they might disappear soon. Now I wonder if any of these clothes will be available in the StarBazaar – it would be great if they will be, so keep your fingers crossed.

How to wear… the HotBuys pants

Because I was bored today,I decided to make a new cathegory, where I’d put my suggestions about some certain items and about how to wear them. Today, I picked the olive Oriental inspired HotBuys pants, which can look like a trouble maker, because a few colors match their color. But if you have a great sense of style, you’ll know how to mix and match them and how to create great outfits. I made two above and I wanted to show them to you. My suggestion: wear the pants with pieces in the same style; as you can see, both outfits are on the boho-hippie style, which I love, personally. So, enjoy and let your imagination fly! And don’t forget to vote in the poll below.

So, it seems we have a new RC. That explains why the spoilers have gone mad, putting old clothes as new, but now everyone can see that they belong to this Augustus Prew guy (they were initially Gerard Way’s clothes). Anyway, I literally laughed till I fell off my chair when I saw what they put in his wardrobe. It’s a woman’s jumper, that Jeremy Scott one that belongs to Aggy Deyn and he makes him look hilarious, like he had boobs. And it even says Dakota Blue Richards when you click it! LOL!

Breathe deeply and calm down.

Okay, so I am nearly hyperventilating now, after I’ve seen all these gorgeous dresses on the list of the newly added clothes. There were a few more, but I couldn’t add them all here, so I just pick the ones I liked best. And I liked them all! I simply LOVE or adore or whatever I should call it the haute couture brown dress, the one with the strange shape at the bottom of the second image. I would do anything to have it and I really hope Stardoll will release these gorgeous dresses very soon in the Starplaza. Or at least make them gift dresses and not putting them into whatever new RC’s wardrobe and letting us drool pointlessly at them, with no chance of ever having them at all. I love all of them and if Stardoll decides to release them, I’ll just have to consider buying some more Stardollars, because it will be extremely hard to decide which ones I’ll buy. Yeah, so please keep praying.

Some news?

One word: eww! Has Stardoll really gone mad this time? I personlly like some of the real arabian clothes and the lazy Stardoll designers could make them more realistic and much more pretty. And remeber the HotBuys pants we should have worn today? The olive, Turkinsh inspired, ones. They were set to hit the shops on the 17th December. And they still aren’t there (Don’t blame me if I’m too harsh, it’s 8 pm in Romania XD). Anyways, besides the fugly clothes that we have above, Stardoll didn’t really impress me with anything these days. The Elizabeth & James collection is nice, but not really my type. I only bought the boots, but I think they should have definitely released more items, similar to the Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen Real Celeb clothes, that everyone wishes to have. It would be really cool.

Anyways, I hope to see some newer and cooler designer clothes on Stardoll. Soon.
